Sophie WAGNER (11) and her maestro Ilja SCHEPS @ Musée Charlier - 24 January 2025
We are happy to welcome once again Maestro Ilja Scheps - his previous unforgettable recital took place just days prior to the first Covid lockdown in 2020, and with his musical touch, he gave us the light and the hope for better days. This time, he will perform the two most beloved Beethoven sonatas: Moonlight and Pathetic. Maestro Scheps will present Sophie Wagner, 11 years old pianist, already winner of international competitions, who performs in Europe and Asia. Young Sophie will showcase her incredible talent and technique in a taunting repertory including the famous Mazeppa and 2nd Hungarian Rhapsody of Franz Liszt.
